Shipping times & schedules
The shop is currently located in Oregon, USA. Items will be shipped out once a week in batches, but sometimes more often depending on my schedule. First-class shipping usually takes about 3~5 business days in transit, and priority usually takes about 2 business days in transit.
Tracking
US domestic shipments come with tracking for First-class and Priority shipping options. Some small prints and flat items (such as stickers) can be mailed in a regular / large envelope. These do not come with tracking and have a higher possibility of being damaged (i.e. bent) in transit, but are significantly lower cost for the buyer. Canadian First-class shipments will have a customs number with limited tracking that tells you when the package has crossed the border.
Damage during transit/Import Tax
Unfortunately, I do not have control over handling of packages after it has left my shop; Any damages or custom taxes incurred during shipping should be worked out with your local post.
Reused/recyclable packaging
In an effort to be more eco-friendly, shipping goods used in my packages are often re-used (i.e. cut up cardboard boxes for backing boards). Packing peanuts I use are biodegradable, and are soluble in water and can be washed down the drain. Please recycle or reuse shipping goods.
Returns
Returns are not accepted on any order. If you would like to cancel an item/order before it has been shipped out, please let me know and I'd be happy to accommodate.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made once per order within 30 days of receiving it. I will send you a return label for you to place on the original packaging to send back to me. Once I've received the item, I will ship out your replacement item.
Price Changes
Price changes, including sales, may happen without any prior notice. If an item you bought has decreased in price within two weeks (14 days) of your purchasing the item, please contact me and I will give you a partial refund for the difference.
Pre-order items are those which have not yet been manufactured or not quite finished manufacturing. Setting up pre-orders allow me to make more accurate inventory stocks, while making sure any customer who is willing to purchase the item despite a longer wait time is able to do so. As a thank you for your patience, pre-orders often come with freebies that will be sold at separate cost or not available at all once the pre-order period is over.
These items will generally not be shipped immediately; please check each listing for an accurate ship date. If you order other items with the pre-order, please note that the package will not be sent until all items in the order is ready to ship.
If you have special requests such as gift wrapping or adding a message to the receiver, please leave me a note during check out and I will do my best to fulfill them!
I currently live with two very furry cats that have taken it upon themselves to check every package for quality! I do my best to keep my products clean as possible, but if you are allergic to cats, please feel free to let me know, and I will do my best to further take care to make sure no cat allergens will make it on your package!
